Audit – SSAIB accreditation scheme carries out regular audits to verify that British and European standards are being adhered to, this involves auditing the management structure of the company and the security systems being installed.

 

Insurance Approval - SSAIB certificated companies have insurance approval. For most installations requiring a security or fire system for insurance purposes, the Insurer will insist that a Third Party Certificated provider (e.g. SSAIB) is employed.

 

Police response - SSAIB satisfies ACPO and ACPO (Scotland) requirements, enabling all certificated companies to apply for URNs for their monitored systems.

 

Efficacy – At Concept Fire and Security we have an Efficacy insurance policy so that in the case that you incur losses due to a piece of faulty equipment or a problem with the service that we’ve provided, then we will cover those losses up to 2 million pounds.
