Customer service goes computerised

 

We have recently invested over £20,000 in a state of the art computerised system that logs and allocates all clients service calls.

The call once taken by our dedicated service desk operators is logged on the system and the caller is then given a log number for their reference. Once the tracking system has located the closest engineer full details for the call are then passed to our service engineers over GSM to their PDA units.

Once the call is completed the client signs the screen and the call is then automatically transmitted back to office which updates the system accordingly.
