BREAKING NEWS ANNOUNCEMENT - NEW COMPANY ACQUISITION

“Concept Fire & Security Solutions Ltd” has acquired “Cameratech Electrical Ltd”, for an undisclosed sum, whilst retaining Dave Brown (previous Owner) as integration consultant.

Commenting on the acquisition Concept’s Group Commercial Director Steve Smith said:-

“We are delighted to welcome “Cameratech Electrical” to the Concept Group. We have been looking to add an Electrical division for some time and this acquisition provides a readymade division with a fantastic reputation and quality staff and Client base. This will complement Concept’s ever-expanding portfolio of services, which includes Fire and Security, Fire Sprinklers, Fire Door and Fire Stopping Divisions”

This next chapter is especially pertinent & significant because Steve, Dave’s junior by 10 years, started working for him in the industry all the way back in 1995, when his Son, Ellis, (Also now Steve’s current day business partner) was just learning to walk & talk & play the kid’s electronic keyboard.

Steve was head of sales back then 20 years ago, with Dave in “Camera Control Systems Ltd” until December 2000 when they were acquired by Chubb Fire & Security.

Steve then later embarked on his own journey in 2005 creating the “Concept Security” Brand, and now 20 years later with his son Ellis at the helm. This full circle of events emphasises the unpredictable nature of life and business, suggesting that unexpected opportunities and challenges can still arise at any moment.

Dave Brown & “Cameratech Projects Ltd” security business remains the same as the last 17 years, and loyal to servicing their existing & new security clients for the foreseeable future.
