Fire Door Installation at an NHS Building in Wales

1 min read

Concept Fire & Security’s Fire Protection division has completed the installation of three new fire door sets at an NHS building in Wales, following inspections carried out under our ongoing two-year fire door inspection contract.

The project forms part of a continuing programme to identify and address fire door issues across healthcare buildings, helping clients maintain their fire protection measures.

From Fire Door inspection to installation

Our team initially inspected the building’s fire doors and identified the works required. Following this assessment, we returned to install three new fire door sets, addressing the issues highlighted during the inspection.

Linking inspections with follow-up works gives our client a clear route from identifying a problem to resolving it. For this project, that meant turning the inspection findings into practical improvements to the building’s fire protection.

Supporting an ongoing programme

This installation is the latest completed project within our two-year NHS fire door inspection contract in Wales.

As the programme continues, our Fire Protection team will carry out further inspections and address the works identified, supporting the upkeep of buildings used by patients, staff and visitors.

Thank you to Morgan for sharing the latest project update, and to our team for their work on the installation.
